Handler service which is provided by SuperMap iServer,that is a service for docking with SuperMap iServer 2008.

      In SuperMap iServer 2008,the request of client scrpting which are submitted to corresponding handler for processing by command submitter, handler is interacting with the GIS server,the processing result is returned to the event handler function of the client, So, SuperMap iServer through the service which provides a type of Handler to have a docking with SuperMap iServer 2008.
