Feature identifier

Every feature instance in WFS 2.0.0 can be uniquely identifiable. That is to say, a feature identifier is unique for the server and can be used to repeatedly reference the same feature instance (assuming it has not been deleted). A feature identifier is encoded as described in the OpenGIS Filter Encoding Implementation Specification.
